1.Included in the room rate:
- VAT 10%
- Tennis court, Gymnasium, Billiards and Swimming pool: from 6:00 to 18:00.
- Rates are based on per room per night. Applicable to Single/Double occupancy and inclusive of free Breakfast and 5% Service charge. ( Non Refundable for breakfast if not use).
- Two bottles of 350ml mineral water daily per room.
- Public Internet ( next to Lobby) and Wi_Fi.
- Accommodation for tour guide and driver.
2. Not included in the room rate:
- Meals, Beverage,Mini-bar, Karaoke, Domestic and International Telephone, Personal services.
3.Policy:
- One child under 12 years old share bed with Parents: charge 5.00USD/time for Breakfast or maximum two children can share the same room with Parents with extra bed 30.00USD/bed/night/pax (Including Breakfast)
- Breakfast: 10.00USD/pax.
- Check-in: 14:00; Check-out: 12:00 noon. Check-out after 12:00 to 18:00 will be charged: 50% and after 18:00 charged 100% of room rate.
- Prices are subject to be changed without notice.
- Raising 20% room rates for days: New Year (01 January), Lunar New Year ( 13-17/Februaly ) April & 01 May, 02 September.
4. Deposit: All reservations are only guaranteed with 1 night deposited or 50% on total.
5. Cancellation: Cancellations will be accepted and all money will be refunded if notified by 14:00 two days before arrival, after 14:00 one full night will be charged.
6. Payment: In Cash Accepted or Transfer and Credit Cards (VISA, MASTER,AMEX,JCB,Diner Club...). |
